After getting access to your cloud based files, and hearing more about how you currently work I will assess what files you have and create a functional filing scheme that allows you to easily find and identify files, moving your files into this new structure and providing you with a spreadsheet documenting the structure. I will identify redundant, obsolete and trivial files for deletion approval to save you space and, where relevant, I will tag content with future deletion dates for compliance with any relevant UK regulations, e.g data protection, HR, financial, health and safety.
I will recommend changes to file names and version tracking, although I will not action these recommendations.

Will you delete my files?
No, but I will flag files I think can safely be deleted for you to agree and delete yourself.
Will you tell me where my files are?
I will provide you with a spreadsheet laying out the new file structure, and how it maps to the old/existing structure. This will be at folder level as a minimum, but only at file level where practical.
Will you rename my files?
I will rename your folders, but not your files. I will give you suggestions for how you can name your files and track versions more effectively, but I will not make these changes for you.
