Working for a FMCG MNC(MDLZ) supervising 3 Canadian Plants, responsible for: 1. Timely and accurate month end closing including various cost center and GL analysis. 2. Cross Charges to Projects 3. Cost Center Review and analysis 4. Annual and quarterly forecasts, OP and AC activities which include evaluation of BOMs and MRs of all the SKUs and its profitability analysis. 5. New product set up, creation of materials, components in SAP, creation of BOM and MR with consultation with the MM, Projects and Operation teams. 6. Cost Analysis and standard cost set up for new products (FG, SFGs and Rework), Profitability Analysis of new products (SFG and FGs). 7. New cost center, Profit Center and Production Line Set up in SAP with consultation of the Site Plant controller and Project Owners. 8. Review and GR against Blanket PO for temporary labors and ensuring timely payment. 9. SOP formulation for all the activities and processes so as to ensure maximum accuracy and minimum person dependency. Periodic review of SOPs. 10. Weekly and Monthly MIS reporting for ME results, Fixed Cost Center reporting, Labor Variance Reporting, Reform Report, Waste Report etc. 11. Periodic training and refresher of team members on the assigned jobs along with getting them updated with the new policy or process change as advised by the organization and/or leadership. 12. Ensuring cross training of team members to make them learn new processes or activities which may help them in carrying out their roles more efficiently and accurately. 13. Proactively involving in the standardization of the activities across all the plants in NA region (US and Canada). 14. Transition of new processes and activities and creating SOPs to stabilize the process/ activity and ensure accuracy. 15. Remote Transition of all the activities and processes of another plant (apart from the assigned 3 plants) and set up of SOPs and process maps to stabilize the accuracy and timeliness of the activities.
