Content is so poorly made, not informative at all. Her detox protocol is just so simple and plain , it just tells you how to take bath for 3 weeks protocol , what a waste of 5 dollars. There is so much involved in detox. But she didn't talk about that at all in her protocol but taking a bath. Save your 5 dollars , not worth it
