We have used him several times and will continue to do so, this time it was for Kirby cafe reservations and tickets for the sunset time slot of Shibuya Sky, I can’t image getting tickets for 7 people is easy but he pulled it off! He went above and beyond and offered help for things unrelated to the tickets, thank you!
