I will audit and fix your messy zapier or make automations
AI Phone Receptionist and Business Automation Specialist
Informazioni su questo servizio
Your Zapier or Make.com setup probably has scenarios nobody remembers building, error handling that silently fails, and steps burning credits for no reason.
I go through your automations end to end, find what's broken, what's wasted, and what's actually working, then hand you a clear report you can act on immediately.
I run automation and AI integrations for a live production system built on Twilio, Make and Vapi.ai, not just demo environments. If a fix breaks something else, I repair it at no extra cost.

FAQ
Which platforms do you work with?
Make and Zapier for the automation layer, Twilio for calls, SMS and WhatsApp when your workflow touches those. If you're on something else, message me before ordering and I'll tell you straight away if I can help.
What access do you need from me?
Read-only access to your Make or Zapier account for the audit tiers. If you order a package with fixes included, I'll need edit access for the duration of the job, nothing more. I never ask for your Twilio or CRM login directly, only what the platform itself requires to make changes.
My setup has zero documentation, is that a problem?
No, that's the normal starting point. Most of what I audit was built without notes, by someone who's since moved on or forgotten the details. That's exactly what the audit report is for.
I don't have anything built yet, can you create automations instead of just auditing?
Yes. Auditing and building use the same skill, I just default to leading with audit because most people who reach out already have something half-working that's costing them money. Tell me what you're starting from and I'll scope it accordingly.
What exactly do I get at the end?
A written report listing what's broken, what's wasted, and what's fine as is, ranked by what to fix first. On Standard and Premium, the fixes are already applied when you receive it, not just recommended.
What if a fix you make breaks something else?
I repair it at no extra cost. That's not a marketing line, it's how I'd want someone to treat my own production system if the roles were reversed.
