2) 3 day minimum deadline.
3) You must provide me with the subject matter about which you want me to write BEFORE!!!!!! you hire me/I agree to write the article.
4) You must provide me with the tense... 1st person, 3 rd person...

Hi, no problem, great work. No traffic yet, it will take about 3 months before anything serious starts to happen. I find that the cycle is about 4 months. The site I started on Sep 15, is now receiving 150 hits per day from the search engines, mainly Google.
