FAQ
Should I expect my order to be send faster than the original turn around time?
No, I handle orders on a first-come, first-served basis. Each order is carefully crafted, and I usually have multiple orders in queue. If you need faster delivery, please reach out to discuss priority options, but additional charges may apply.
Can I request revisions after the order is completed?
Revisions are only available while the order is active. Once the order is marked as complete, any additional changes will require a new order or an extra charge.
Why has my order been completed when I did not want it to be?
The order is completed automatically after 3 days. Please request further changes in the order page within the time frame.
How many initial logo concepts are included in the premium package?
The premium package includes two initial logo concept designs. From these, one will be selected to move forward with additional revisions until we reach the final outcome.
What is included in the stationery design?
Stationery includes the business card and letterhead design.
Can you send me a custom offer with a shorter turn around time than your regular ones?
Sure. Please tell me which file types you need (e.g. JPG, PDF for print, PSD editable file, AI editable file, EPS vector file type) and how fast you need the work to be done.
What should I send you for this order?
Please provide me with the name of your business, the tagline, and the colors that you prefer. In addition to this, I will need a short description of your business.

Great work and right on time. He took my ideas and turned them into creative logos. Any revisions needed were completed quickly and just as I had asked. Communication was great, even though we were both in different parts of the world. I will use him again, soon. I would also recommend him without any hesitations.
