I provide independent scouting reports on individual young players, from U11 to U19 and Primavera 1, across Northern Italy. Each report is based on live and/or video observation and covers the player's technical and tactical profile, composure under pressure and decision-making, movement quality and athletic profile, biological maturity and long-term potential, as well as key strengths, areas for development and projected level. Alongside scouting, I work as an athletic performance specialist, carrying out functional screening (jump and reactivity testing, mobility assessments) and individual strength and conditioning programmes for young players. This allows me to combine what I see on the pitch with objective physical data. I have a track record of identifying Primavera 1 / U19 players who have gone on to establish themselves in European professional first teams. I am currently completing an advanced qualification in Football Strength & Conditioning with Performance Lab.
