What should I provide before the project begins?
Please provide your product brief, dimensions, sketches, reference images and available PCB, battery or component files. STEP files are preferred for internal components.
Can you work from a rough sketch or written idea?
Yes. A clear sketch and written explanation can be used, although projects without accurate component dimensions may require an initial concept package.
Which file formats will I receive?
Depending on the package, deliverables may include STEP, STL, PDF, JPG or PNG renders and an editable SolidWorks or Fusion 360 source file.
What does a revision include?
A revision covers reasonable changes to the approved direction, such as dimensions, openings, mounting details or surface adjustments. A completely new concept is not a revision.
Are source files and commercial use included?
Yes. The listed source files and commercial use are included in every package. Third-party trademarks, patented products and unlicensed components remain excluded.
Will the files be ready for manufacturing?
Premium files are prepared with practical manufacturing considerations, but the selected manufacturer should complete final tooling, tolerance and production validation.
Do you provide injection-mold tooling files?
No. The service covers the product enclosure and basic DFM considerations, not the detailed engineering of the steel injection mold itself.
Will my product idea remain confidential?
Project files and information will be treated as confidential. A reasonable mutual NDA can be reviewed before sensitive materials are shared.
Can you handle requirements outside the listed packages?
Yes. Multiple products, complex assemblies, manufacturer revisions or additional drawings can be quoted through a custom offer after reviewing the scope.
Do you provide PCB engineering or physical prototypes?
PCB layout, circuit engineering, certification testing and physical manufacturing are not included. CAD files can be prepared for a separate prototyping or electronics specialist.
