I currently work with persons with substance misuse challenges and help them along their journey to restoring a healthy balance to their lives; addressing the route of their problems which have led them to use a substance as a coping mechanism. I have a M.Sc. in Counselling & Consulting Psychology and currently work as a Treatment specialist within this field.

I will assist you with techniques to address Alcohol misuse, quitting Tobacco  and all other substance misuse or addictions.

I will answer questions via written format or teach techniques per session via audio recordings and give you assignments to practice per technique of focus.
