Gli SKU del mio fornitore non corrispondono alle varianti di Shopify. È un problema?
È il problema più comune, ed è per questo che ogni progetto inizia con un Stock Truth Audit che mappa ogni variante al suo SKU del fornitore. Ricevi un rapporto di mismatch prima che tutto vada live.
Questo cambierà il mio negozio live o romperà ordini già esistenti?
Lavoro prima su una fase di test sicura e aggiorno lo stock live solo dopo che hai approvato la mappatura. Gli ordini esistenti non vengono toccati.

Risponde solo a domande su stock e stato degli ordini, usando i dati in tempo reale del tuo negozio. Se non è sicuro, passa la conversazione a te. È incluso in Premium e non influisce sulla sync dello stock.
E se non funziona come abbiamo concordato?
Se la sync non funziona correttamente entro 14 giorni dall'inizio e ho tutto quello che mi hai fornito, continuo a lavorarci gratuitamente finché non funziona perfettamente. Nei primi 30 giorni, se un fallimento del feed non viene segnalato dai miei avvisi, lo fisso gratuitamente e estendo il supporto di altri 30 giorni.

La build funziona su n8n. Ti comunicherò eventuali costi durante il controllo gratuito dello stock, prima che tu ordini, così non ci sono sorprese.
