What files do you need from me?
Floor plans, elevations, sections, sketches, dimensions, reference images and a 3D model if available. More information helps create a more accurate rendering.
Do you create the 3D model as well?
Basic 3D modeling can be included for simple projects. For complex or large buildings, please contact me first so I can estimate the scope accurately.
Can you work with SketchUp, DWG, FBX or OBJ files?
Yes. I can work with common architectural file formats and prepare the scene for rendering in Twinmotion.
Can I choose the camera angle or mood?
Yes. You can send preferred views, mood boards, material references or example renderings before I start.
Are revisions included?
Yes. The number of revisions depends on the selected package. Additional revisions can be added if needed.
