I help founders, coaches, and small business owners turn a single logo into a complete, usable brand system through Fiverr's marketplace. Most clients come to me with a logo they already like but no real documentation behind it, no defined color codes, no typography rules, no guidance for anyone else who touches their brand. My job is to close that gap, building style guides that make consistency effortless rather than something the client has to police themselves. Every project starts with a brand audit: I review the client's existing materials, website, and social presence to identify where the visual identity is already breaking down before I write a single guideline. That audit shapes the scope of the project, so clients only pay for the documentation they actually need, whether that's a lean starter guide or a full system covering packaging, social templates, and voice and tone. I've worked across e-commerce, coaching, hospitality, real estate, and professional services, adapting the depth and language of each guide to match the client's team size and design fluency. A solo founder needs different guidance than a marketing team handing files to multiple freelancers, and writing for the right audience is a big part of what makes a style guide actually get used instead of ignored. What clients consistently point to in their feedback is clarity: I write guidelines in plain language, with labeled visual examples, rather than dense design jargon that only makes sense to another designer. That approach has led to strong client communication throughout each project, positive reviews, and repeat orders from clients returning for brand refreshes or additional guideline sections as their businesses grow.
