Using ACCA-approved Wrightsoft software, I provide accurate Manual J load calculations delivered in PDF format. Your order includes all reports that can be generated from the project file. The Wrightsoft (.rup) file is available for an additional fee.

What do you need to get started?
Please provide your building plans with dimensions, the project city and state, the applicable energy code or design standard, ventilation details (if applicable), and any equipment information for Manual S requests. Additional information may be requested depending on the project.
What will I receive with my order?
You will receive a professionally prepared ACCA Manual J load calculation in PDF format, along with all applicable reports that Wrightsoft can generate. The original Wrightsoft (.rup) project file is available as an optional add-on.
Can you handle large or custom projects?
Yes. Projects larger than 4,000 sq. ft. require a custom quote. If your project has unique requirements or you need Manual S, Manual D, or specific Wrightsoft reports, please contact me before placing your order so I can provide the best solution.
