Zoho CRM Automation & Campaign Setup for Martial Arts Academy Lead-to-Student Lifecycle Project Description I worked with a martial arts academy to optimize their Zoho CRM system and automate the full student journey from initial enquiry to long-term membership. The existing CRM structure was already built, so the focus was on refining automation, migrating email sequences, and improving system integrations. The project involved recreating AWeber email sequences inside Zoho Campaigns and connecting them with Zoho CRM workflows to ensure automated communication throughout the student lifecycle. Automations were configured to trigger based on key events such as trial booking, trial attendance, no-shows, and membership sign-ups, ensuring leads and students receive the right follow-ups at the right time. I also reviewed and optimized Zapier integrations to ensure smooth data flow between Zoho CRM and Acuity Scheduling, which continues to manage trial bookings due to its connection with the academy’s phone system. The final system allowed the academy to track every stage of the student journey from lead to active member while automating communications and improving operational efficiency inside Zoho CRM.
