Do I need a Carrd account or Carrd Pro?
Yes. You should have a Carrd account. Carrd Pro is needed for a custom domain, extra features, and removing Carrd branding. I can build on your account if you give edit access, or I can build and hand the site over.
What do I need to send before you start?
Please send your site goal, text for each section, logo or images, brand colors, and 1–2 example sites you like. If any item is missing, I will start with placeholders and replace them when you send the files.
Will the Carrd site work on phones?
Yes. I design the layout so it is readable on phones and computers. After the first draft, I check spacing, buttons, and text size on mobile so visitors can use the site easily.
Who owns the site after you deliver it?
You own the finished Carrd website and the content you provided. I will hand over edit access or transfer the site to your Carrd account. Please keep your login private and change access after delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time follows the package you select. It starts after I receive your content and any required access. Fast delivery is quicker if your text and images are ready on day one.
Can you update the site after delivery?
Small fixes right after delivery are included if they match the original brief. Later updates, new pages, or redesigns are a new order or custom offer. Message me with what you want changed and I will confirm the price.
Do you write the website content for me?
The gig is for Carrd design and setup. Short labels and button text can be polished. Full writing, rewriting, or research is not included unless we agree on it as an extra. Please send your text so the site matches your voice.
Can you connect my custom domain?
Yes, if you have Carrd Pro and the domain is ready. I can guide you or help connect it after the design is approved. Buying the domain and paying for Carrd Pro are not included in the gig price.
How many revisions do I get?
Revisions are included as listed in your selected package. A revision means changes to the design or layout we already agreed on, not a brand-new website. Extra revision rounds can be added if you need more.
How many pages or sections are included?
This depends on the package you choose. Most orders are one Carrd site with agreed sections such as Home, About, Services, Work, and Contact. Extra sections or extra sites can be added as an extra or a custom offer.
