What files do you accept?
I accept Excel (.xlsx) and CSV (.csv). If your data is in Google Sheets, please export it as .xlsx or .csv before sending.
Do you verify if emails or phone numbers are real?
No. I do not verify deliverability/existence. I only standardize the format (clean text, consistent casing, remove spaces/symbols, consistent phone formatting).
Can you format the file for my CRM import (HubSpot/Mailchimp/etc.)?
Yes. I can format your file to match one CRM import template. Please send your target CRM + a sample template/export (if you have one).
How do you remove duplicates?
Deduplication is included. You choose the main rule: Email OR Phone (primary key). If your list requires advanced matching (e.g., name + company + phone), message me first for a custom offer.
Do you merge multiple files into one clean list?
Yes, but merging multiple files may require an extra or custom offer depending on file count and structure. Send the files first and I’ll confirm the best option.
Can you handle large lists (1,000+ contacts)?
