I will enter data in HCFA Forms

I wish to do data-entry of HCFA Forms if clear instructions is provided to me. I will do data-entry on a 6cents per form basis and can deliver 90 forms for $5. I am an experienced data-entry operator and had done hcfa medicare forms. My quality would be the best among others, trust me.
