Key responsibilities included: * Designed and configured the Salesforce org from scratch based on business requirements. * Built a complete sales pipeline covering Lead Management, Lead Qualification, Opportunity Management, and Closed Won/Lost stages. * Configured Lead Assignment Rules, validation rules, page layouts, record types, and custom objects/fields. * Integrated **GoHighLevel (GHL)** with Salesforce to synchronize leads, contacts, activities, and customer data between both platforms. * Implemented and configured **RingCentral Softphone** integration on Salesforce Lead and Contact pages, enabling click-to-call functionality, automatic call logging, and improved communication workflows. * Integrated a third-party appointment scheduling platform with Salesforce to automatically sync booked appointments, customer information, and related records. * Built Flow automations to reduce manual work, automate lead routing, update records, create follow-up tasks, and trigger notifications. * Designed and implemented automated email campaigns and nurturing workflows that were triggered when new leads entered Salesforce, improving customer engagement throughout the sales lifecycle. * Created custom Reports and Dashboards to provide real-time visibility into lead conversion, sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and pipeline health. * Worked closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver scalable Salesforce solutions, perform testing, and provide production support. Designed and configured a complete Salesforce Sales Cloud solution following Salesforce best practices to streamline the client's end-to-end sales process. Implemented Web-to-Lead functionality to automatically capture website inquiries into Salesforce with custom field mapping, assignment rules, and auto-response emails. Configured Lead Management by defining lead statuses, qualification criteria, page layouts, validation rules, duplicate management, and automation using Salesforce Flows. Established Lead Assignment Rules to automatically route leads to the appropriate sales representatives and improve response times. Customized the standard Lead Conversion process, ensuring qualified Leads were seamlessly converted into Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities while preserving data integrity. Configured Opportunity stages, Sales Path, probability percentages, forecasting categories, and pipeline management aligned with the client's sales methodology. Implemented automation using Salesforce Flows to reduce manual effort by creating follow-up tasks, sending notifications, updating records, and streamlining the sales lifecycle. Built reports and dashboards to monitor lead conversion, pipeline health, opportunity progress, forecast accuracy, win/loss rates, and sales performance. Configured the complete sales pipeline from Prospecting, Qualification, Needs Analysis, Proposal, Negotiation, Closed Won, and Closed Lost. Integrated Salesforce with the client's website to automate lead capture and ensure seamless data flow between systems. Provided user training and documentation for the sales team, enabling efficient adoption of Salesforce and standardized sales processes. The implementation improved lead management, increased sales visibility, automated business processes, enhanced forecasting accuracy, and delivered a scalable CRM solution supporting the complete customer journey from Web-to-Lead through Lead Conversion, Account, Contact, and Opportunity management
