Do I get full ownership rights to my new logo?
Yes, clients have 100% ownership on any completed project.
How long does the design process take?
Most projects can be completed within 24 to 48 hours once the client has approved the design. I often complete projects ahead of time but sometimes I may need the full deadline depending on how complex the project may be.
How many logo concepts and revisions do you offer?
You receive up to 4 revisions for the original amount of concept designs.
How quickly do you respond to messages?
I often respond within a few hours or sooner depending on the time zone difference between myself and the client. My time zone is U.S. Central time.
How does your pricing compare to your competition?
My pricing is fair for the quality of work that my clients receive including multiple free concepts based on the original designs and I typically have a free special bonus that I give to clients as a thank you for trusting me with their vision.
Do you offer any other services?
Yes, I offer logo designs, graphic designs, T-shirt designs, coloring book page designs, and doodle art presentations. Other services may also be available soon.
What if there is an issue with my project?
I encourage communication as soon as there is anything that may seem like an issue so that it can be resolved quickly.
What file formats will I receive?
Typically projects are sent as PNG, JPG, PDF logo files and MP4 video file for animations. I am willing to work with you if another file type is necessary for your needs.
Are your designs really that good?
I think so based on compliments that I have received from previous clients that I've had in the past. I don't think you will be disappointed.
What makes your logos unique compared to others?
I do not use templates so all designs and animation projects are created 100% unique for each client.
