I worked at a small Apple Authorized service center, handling several responsibilities. Diagnose and repair Mac computers, iPhones, iPads, and other Apple devices, averaging more than five repairs daily depending on complexity. Install and configure software, hardware, and peripherals; keep accurate repair logs and customer records. Ship devices back to Apple with correct labeling and documentation. Provide technical support in person, by phone, and remotely through the help desk. Offer help-desk support. Use CRM repairshopr and synrco MSP systems. Conduct product demonstrations and customer training on Apple hardware and software. Repair Mac computers and manage their resale listings. Maintain the company Squarespace website since 2023, including content updates, layout, and design. Design advertisement banners and create a video loop promoting the subscription software service. Oversee customer check-in intake and daily store operations. Process payments for repairs and subscription services; handle opening and closing procedures. Most recently, I served as the sole in-shop technician, independently managing all repairs, customer service, and most business operations.
