Assist mainly the presidency area with two inmediate chiefs. On a daily basis I received important communications of the Superintendency of Insurance therefore I either filed or gave it to the right person. Check the meeting areas to be clean, tidy and everything in place. Receive clients scheduled for the day and time arranged. Check and response e mail both in spanish or english. Transciption or translation of any document required.
