1. Excel spreadsheet of all mailing address info (for letter & envelope mail merge)
2. Word document of the letter template you wish to have mail merged

***What will make the process smoother:

1. You already have the envelope & letter files already mail-merged and ready to print.
2. Just send them to me.

Quotes will include the following costs:

• Letter (ink & paper)
• Postage Stamp
