How to get started with your Web Design Audit or Social Media Review packages?
Before ordering the Basic Web Design Audit, let me know the URL of your existing website, and any issues you detect. For the Social Media Review Standard and Premium packages, please advise your Social Media links prior to purchase.
What in your experience are common website problems?
Common problems include confusing home page layout, poor navigation, low quality images, and infrequent content updates.
Can I fix website problems within my existing site-builder software?
Yes, popular site-builders such as Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy, WordPress and others should allow you to make most of my suggested fixes. I encourage you to first try such fixes without changing software.
Can you help by implementing changes on my software platform?
Buyers need to implement changes on their own site-builder software. However, if your site is on WordPress, I can implement edits/changes within your existing Theme for an added $ 70.
If after a Web Design Audit I decide to switch in future my website builder, what software would you recommend?
I recommend WordPress (WP) as the most popular and robust site-builder, supporting some 44% of sites on the Web. WP comes in two versions: simple, hosted WordPress.Com software for small sites (my specialty), or self-hosted WordPress.Org software for larger, more complex sites.
How does the added, free 2 week support work after Gig completion?
I am available during this period to answer by email any questions on my site or social media improvement recommendations, and provide feedback on any related changes the Buyer makes on his/her website or social media. This added 2 Week support applicable to all Packages.

It is important to assess the effectiveness of your social media as an extension of your website reach, both for repurposing and rebroadcasting of blog articles, as well as independent posting of dynamic content appropriate to each social media platform.
What does the Standard Social Media Review Cover?
It checks and prioritizes the traffic and impact of your social media on your target audience, and also recommends any added marketing channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc) and web tools (MailChimp newsletters, Calendly appointments, etc) to extend website functionality.
What is a Social Media Content Calendar?
This add as part of your Premium Social Media Review will focus on and schedule high impact social media content over the next 90 days, using an Excel spreadsheet or other relevant scheduling tool. It may include social media campaign(s), and initial sample content, as need.
How Technical are your Website and Social Media Reviews?
My reviews are high level reports and slides to improve the quality and focus of both your website and social media. While I make use of your available technical analytics data, my audit and review are more qualitative than quantitative.
