I am working in Audit Assurance Department. As a Senior Associate, i am working as part of a team of problem solver, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution in various client industry. Main responsibilities and experiences: - Demonstrate the ability to effectively manage the Audit process including review of client's internal control, with appropriate consideration of audit risk issue and accounting technical matters in automotive industry, IT support, manufacturing and trading companies with various sizes. - Demonstrate the ability to lead and manage fieldwork on client's site including collaborate effectively with other internal and external parties (Bank, Actuary, client's customer and vendor) to ensure the smooth delivery of the Audit process. - Responsible for finding and suggesting corrections to client's financial statements and their internal control. - Succeeded in establishing meaningful working relationship with clients (domestic and international). - Coach other less experienced staff through sharing experience and knowledge appropriately. - Experienced to support first time application of 3 new accounting standards: PSAK 71 (IFRS 9), PSAK 72 (IFRS 15) and PSAK 73 (IFRS 16). - Experienced to assist and review client’s consolidation process and review client’s remeasurement process. - Consistently promoting with high performance rating (level 2 out of 5 rating level – level 1 is the highest) for 4 consecutive years.
