Derek Kirkup

I’ve already worked with Derek before and really enjoyed working on this project with him, as well! Derek is very receptive, thorough and communicative - which all adds up to a very pleasant collaboration. Highly recommend working with him!

Had a great experience with Derek. Got what I asked for

In addition to doing a great job with mixing my work, Derek was extremely attentive to my needs and super understanding, flexible, kind and cooperative. I would definitely recommend working with him for classical musical work. Thank you very much Derek!

As this was my first time having a song mixed by Derek, I wasn’t sure how the experience would go, but he truly is a master at his craft, and he has a great ear for orchestral music—a skill most mixing engineers on this site lack. Thank you for your superb assistance with my project!

Derek consistently demonstrates exceptional skill in blending orchestral tracks. Fluid communication and friendly. I eagerly anticipate our forthcoming collaboration.
