Frustrating experience. The initial design looked nothing like his portfolio. We paid a premium for 24-hr service, and it took over 5 days to get a semi-usable product. Unfortunately, the quality of the final product was not printable for a graphic display. We will be disputing with FIVERR.

He helped us with an urgent request and also made additional modifications we needed after the first delivery was already completed. We ran into an issue with one image, and he spent time trying to resolve it on his own. Despite the time difference, he was always responding almost immediately.

I've been working with Shakir for years now and he's never disappointed. He's patient and thorough with my instructions and directions. If your project requires multiple revisions then give yourself more time to meet your deadline and know that your project will be completed perfectly. Shakir is great!
