He helped me deliver a 5-title collection called "Still My...series", featuring children's books dealing with the loss of a pet, mom, dad, grandma and grandpa. These books will be very meaningful to the children who receive them, and I appreciate the help in getting them formatted for publishing.

The communication went back and forth for a couple of rounds to finally get the product I wanted. The attention to details from the designer needs to be improved. Communication is a challenge. The only way to align the difference is to approve while both parties are online to get the best results. I spent more time on this project than I expected.
