I worked with a startup launching a product on Amazon who needed packaging that looked premium and stood out. The main issue was that their initial design looked generic and didn’t reflect their brand identity. After reviewing their concept, I realized the layout lacked hierarchy and clarity. I redesigned the packaging by improving typography, color balance, and visual structure to make it more appealing and conversion focused. Another challenge was creating an accurate dieline that matched their manufacturer’s requirements. I carefully adjusted dimensions and ensured all elements aligned correctly for print production. To help them visualize the final outcome, I created realistic 3D mockups that showcased the packaging from multiple angles. This gave them confidence before production. The final result was a clean, professional packaging design that improved their product presentation and helped them launch successfully on Amazon.

The challenge here was that the initial CAD files were too complex and unoptimized for rendering, which caused slow performance and poor output quality. To solve this, I cleaned up the model by simplifying unnecessary geometry and restructuring materials before importing into KeyShot. Another issue was achieving realistic textures and lighting that matched the real world product. The client also struggled with presenting the product in a visually appealing way for marketing. I introduced multiple camera angles, improved lighting setups, and applied realistic materials that enhanced the product’s perceived value. I worked on developing a precision CAD model for a compact consumer device housing using SolidWorks. The main challenge was balancing aesthetic appeal with internal component constraints, as the initial concept didn’t allow proper fitting of internal electronics. During the modeling phase, I noticed alignment inconsistencies that would have caused assembly issues during manufacturing. Instead of forcing the design, I restructured the internal layout, adjusted wall thickness, and optimized tolerances to ensure both durability and functionality. Another issue was heat management the original design had poor ventilation. I introduced subtle vent placements without compromising the product’s visual appeal, ensuring better airflow and usability. By the end of the project, I delivered a fully functional, production ready CAD model with optimized geometry, ready for prototyping and testing. The final design reduced assembly errors and improved product reliability significantly.
