Do I have to give you my admin password?
No, just delegate access that can be revoked at any time
Will my email go down?
No. Defederation changes how accounts authenticate, not where mail lives. Mailboxes, calendars, teams and files stay in place.
Do I lose data or change my email addresses?
Neither. No data moves, so there's nothing to lose. Same domain, same addresses, same tenant.
What if I have more than one domain?
Every domain on the tenant must be converted, including parked and alias domains. Missing one makes the conversion fail silently. The audit covers this in all packages.
Do I cancel GoDaddy first?
No. Cancel after conversion and licensing are done. After we audit your M365 environment we will provide a schedule for cancelation.
My team uses Macs. Any difference?
Yes. Outlook for Mac needs attention after the auth change. Add the Mac fleet check or message me.
