I needed files that I could engrave on bands with a laser engraver. The finished product was not everything that had to be done for a laser ready job, There was still depth mapping that I had top do, so I feel that it was a fair transaction in that the files were created, but I had to do more work to...

Awesome experience working with the seller, helped with areas I wasn't able to transmit what needed to be done, as I was trying to gift something to someone and the printer was speaking outside my knowledge..would DEFINITELY suggest working with this seller if you want reliable conversation, and rapid turnaround.
