Sales Automation Specialist

Worked directly with a client to design and implement a sales automation system that replaced manual lead handling with a structured, repeatable process. The client was losing leads between first contact and follow up because everything was being tracked manually across spreadsheets and email threads, so the priority was building a single source of truth inside their CRM. I mapped out the full sales process first, from lead capture through to close, then configured CRM pipelines and stages to match how the client's team actually worked, rather than forcing them into a generic template. From there I built automated follow up sequences so leads received timely responses without anyone needing to remember to send them, connected the outreach tools already in use so new leads were captured, tagged, and routed automatically, and set up task and reminder automations so nothing sat idle in the pipeline. I also configured basic reporting so the client could see pipeline health and conversion at a glance. Every automation was tested against edge cases, such as duplicate leads and incomplete data, before going live, and I trained the client's team to manage the system on their own after handoff. This project reinforced an approach I bring to every client: automation only works if it matches how the business actually operates.
CRM Data Migration Expert
Jul 2025 - Present • 1 yr 2 mos
Handled a full data migration for a client moving from one CRM platform to another, covering contacts, deal history, notes, and pipeline stages. The client's main concern going in was data loss and downtime, since their team relied on the existing CRM daily and could not afford records to go missing or duplicate during the switch. Before touching anything, I audited the source CRM to understand how the data was structured, cleaned up duplicate and outdated records, and mapped every field to its equivalent in the new platform, including custom fields that did not have a direct match. I ran the migration in a staging environment first to catch mismatches and formatting issues before they reached the live system, then migrated the data in batches so I could verify accuracy at each stage rather than pushing everything at once and hoping for the best. Once the data was in the new CRM, I checked pipeline stages, deal values, and contact histories against the original records to confirm nothing was lost or altered, then rebuilt the automations and workflows the client relied on so the new system worked the same way the old one did from day one. The migration was completed without data loss or disruption to the client's ongoing sales activity, and it shaped how I approach every migration since: audit first, migrate in stages, verify before handoff.
