Do I need a Meta Business account, and can I keep my existing WhatsApp number?
Yes, the bot runs only on the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API, which needs a Meta Business account; I set it up with you. A number already active in the WhatsApp app must be migrated or you use a new one. Meta charges per conversation and I show you the estimate first.
Will the bot hallucinate, and can it book appointments and update my CRM?
Answers are grounded in your own content and the bot hands over to a human when unsure. Booking works with Google Calendar, Calendly, Cal.com, GoHighLevel or your API, and leads sync to HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, Sheets or any CRM with an API.
Who pays for messages and AI usage, and which languages are supported?
You pay Meta and the AI provider directly on your own accounts, so you keep control and nothing stops when our order ends. The bot can reply in English, Hindi, Arabic, Spanish and most other languages, with one language in Basic and two in Standard and above.
