FAQ
Do you use aws or kubernetes Terraform provider for K8s resources?
Infrastructure (VPC, EKS, IAM, ALB) → aws provider. ArgoCD apps, Cert-Manager, ExternalDNS → ArgoCD manages them via Git (not Terraform kubernetes provider). Clean separation of concerns.
Can I use my existing VPC / Private Subnets?
Yes. I’ll use data sources to import your VPC, subnets, SGs. Terraform won’t manage them — just reference. Message me VPC ID first.
What Git hosting do you support?
GitHub (preferred — Actions + OIDC), GitLab, BitBucket, Azure Repos. ArgoCD connects via HTTPS/SSH + token. Private repos supported.
How do you handle Terraform state locking & team access?
S3 backend + DynamoDB locking (created by me). State bucket: versioning + encryption + lifecycle. You own the bucket — I never retain access after delivery.
