This is not real. It took 38 days to resolve the limit. Without even a service like this, it's normal that the limit will be gone after several weeks. So just better wait your limit to be lifted by google by it self. No need to buy a service like this. But overall the seller have a good communication, just that the service doesn't make any sense.
