What do I need to provide?
You will need to have the screens of your app ready, on every device you want me to create screenshots for. If applicable, you will need to have the text ready. This generally consists of a Title and / or Subtitle that is visible in the screenshots.
Do I need to provide screenshots for different layouts and platforms?
If your requirements include screenshots designs for different platforms then I recommend you capture screenshots on different mobile and tablet devices before placing the order. This ensures quality delivery.
What screenshot device sizes to you provide?
I will provide screenshots for the following devices: iPhone 11 Pro Max - 6.5 Inch (1242x2688) iPhone 8 Plus - 5.5 Inch (1242x2208) Google Pixel 4 XL (1500x3000) If your app is available on tablets: iPad Pro - 12.9 Inch (2048x2732) Android Tablet - HTC Nexus 9 (1536x2048)
Do I need to provide the text for the screenshots?
Yes, if you want me to add a title / subtitle in a screenshot, you will have to provide the text in order for me to do so. I will be able to assist in optimizing the text if the situation calls for it.
Do you provide iPad / Tablet screenshots?
Yes, screenshots for iPad (App Store) and Tablet (Play Store).
Do you design screenshots for games?
Nope! They require a different mindset in design and approach that I personally do not focus on.
How can i see your previous work related screenshots?
If you want to see our previous screenshots design work, please contact me so then I can send you my portfolio.
Do you design screenshots for both Appstore and Playstore?
Yes! I can design screenshots for both iOS and Android platforms.
Are you available on weekends?
Yes! I am available 24/7 for my clients to deliver screenshots design services. Just message me and I will respond to you within 1 hour.
Why do you need screenshots for more than one device?
According to Apple and Google policy, you must upload screenshots for all supported devices. Let's suppose your app support all iPhones. Then you must upload screenshots for both iPhone 8 and iPhone 11 otherwise your app will not be available to all iPhone users.
