My client needed his logo converted to a vector file, but all I had to work with was a favicon from his website. 24 hour turn around advertised. They requested 30-32 hours extra. Actual delivery was almost 48 hours after submitting requirements. This made my own customer very angry with me, and I'm expecing a bad review myself, so I'm passing along the negative review to the one I depended upon to meet the promised...

I would like to see improvement on the over quality of converting AI images into high quality vector and eps files. The files are okay, but could use more work when a customer needs them to very large vinyl prints and other large projects.
