I worked with Welcome to Hell World to migrate and rebuild their publication from Substack to Ghost CMS, giving the creator greater control over branding, subscriptions, and revenue. I set up the complete Ghost CMS website, customized the theme to match the publication’s identity, and configured a professional Ghost newsletter and paid membership system. I also implemented responsive design, SEO and performance optimizations, subscriber forms, and spam protection to create a stronger foundation for growth.
