I’m a UX/UI designer who helps online stores and SaaS products turn more visitors into customers. My redesign of the Utsavv handloom saree store took orders from 1–5 a day to about 35 a day: 1,050 orders and ₹28 lakh in sales in 30 days. I do UX audits, Shopify and e-commerce redesigns, landing pages and app or dashboard UI in Figma. I hold an M.Des in UX (AI specialisation), worked as a UX/UI Designer at Realify, and began as a software engineer at Infosys, so my designs are practical to build. 1. UX/UI Designer · Realify.ai Seattle, USA (Remote) · Feb 2026 – Jul 2026 Designed product screens and user flows in Figma for an early-stage US startup, working remotely across India–US time zones. Turned requirements into clean, consistent UI and iterated on designs with the team, then moved towards research-led UX by starting an M.Des in UX and AI. 2. Freelance UX & E-commerce Designer Self-employed · India · 2023 – 2026 I help small businesses sell better online by finding what’s stopping their customers, then fixing it. • Utsavv (handloom sarees, 600+ products): audited the store (broken buy button, hidden menu, confusing filters) and rebuilt it. After the relaunch, orders grew from 1–5 a day to about 35: 1,050 orders, ₹28 lakh in sales and 999 customers in 30 days. • Theater snack kiosks (3 cinemas): interviewed the owner, staff and moviegoers, found why the interval rush loses sales, and designed a QR pre-ordering concept. • Built and refreshed Shopify and Wix stores for small businesses. 3.
