Why do I need an independent audit if I already have a reputable System Integrator (SI) implementing the project?
Your integrator is focused on timeline delivery, which can lead to over-customization or integration gaps. As an independent advisor, I have no conflict of interest. My sole focus is protecting your budget, verifying design stability, and securing your operational continuity.
What documents or information do I need to provide?
Please share your Business Blueprint (BBP), Key Design Decision (KDD) logs, technical specs for complex EWM/TM/YL customizations, and your migration roadmap. You may redact any sensitive financial or proprietary business data before sharing.
Do you perform system configuration or write custom code?
No. This gig is strictly focused on strategic advisory, architecture reviews, and design validation. I do not perform hands-on system configuration or ABAP development. I evaluate your design to ensure your implementation partner
How do you handle NDAs and data security?
Confidentiality is guaranteed. I am happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before you share any project files. You can also sanitize or redact any sensitive business data (like pricing or private partner names) from your design documents.

Yes. In the Standard and Premium packages, I analyze your legacy complexity and operational goals to recommend the most cost-effective, risk-free transition path (Greenfield, Brownfield, or Selective Data Transition) for your supply chain.
