Welcome! My name is Dianne and I'm from Mexico. I have 6 years of experience as a Manual QA Engineer, with a focus on mobile testing.
I can provide you with the following QA Services:
- Exploratory Testing

- Identify bugs/defects and a summary report
- Suggestions for the best user experience
- Test on physical devices (iOS, Android, Web)
What will you get?
A Google Drive folder with the summary report of the bugs, screenshots, screen recordings, and recommendations to improve the user experience.
Please note that I'm in Mexico, so please message me before ordering to ensure that I can test your app, given my location.
The bug re-test is an additional service.

Which devices do you have?
iPhone 11 Pro Max, iPhone 15 Pro, Ipad 10th Generation, Macbook Air M1, Apple Watch SE 3, Samsung Galaxy S24. All devices have the most recent software updates
What languages do you speak?
I speak English and Spanish. Your summary report and the communication could be in any of these languages.
What does the summary report include?
The summary report includes information about your application, the device I'm using, the test scenarios, and the list of bugs found. It also contains the actual result in a JPG or a link to attached videos. All this is delivered in Google Sheet format.
Do you perform payment testing?
Yes, only under a sandbox environment with Stripe's testing cards.
How do I know which package should I order?
If your app has a few features and is developed in only one OS, choose the first package. Choose the second or third option if you want to search for bugs throughout the entire app, including user creation, login, various workflows, and more.
