You have data sitting in a spreadsheet, an old system, or another ERP, and it needs to be in NetSuite without turning into a mess.
What I load:
Customers, vendors, contacts, employees
Items, inventory, price levels
Open invoices, bills, sales orders, purchase orders
Opening balances and journal entries
Custom records and custom fields
How I work: I look at your file first and tell you what's going to break before we start. Duplicate names, missing subsidiaries, dates in the wrong format, internal IDs that don't exist yet. Then I build the mapping, run it in sandbox, check the results against your source, and only then touch production.
You get the import files, the saved CSV mapping so you can repeat it yourself, and an error report that says which rows failed and why.
Big loads get split into stages so nothing hits governance limits or leaves you half-migrated.

FAQ
My data is messy. Do I need to clean it first?
No. Send it as it is. Cleaning and standardising the file is part of the job, and I'd rather see the real thing than a version you've already tried to fix. I'll tell you what I changed.
Will you import straight into production?
Not first. Everything runs in sandbox and gets checked against your source file. Once the counts and totals match, we do the production load. If you have no sandbox I'll import in small batches and stop at the first sign of trouble.
What if CSV import can't handle my data?
Some things CSV won't do properly, like complex line-level logic or records that must be created in a certain order. For those I write a SuiteScript to load the data instead. Same price bracket, I'll tell you upfront which route we need.
