FAQ
What information do I need to provide to get started?
Project type and scope (brief description), design drawings or specifications if available, key milestones or constraints (site access dates, permit deadlines, phasing requirements), and your target completion date. If you have an existing schedule that needs revision, share that too.
What software do you use, and what format will I receive?
MS Project (.mpp) or Excel Gantt depending on your preference. If you need Primavera P6 format, let me know before ordering — I can accommodate. All files are delivered with an editable source file plus a clean PDF export suitable for presentations.
How detailed is the WBS?
Typically three to four levels: phase → discipline → work package → activity. The Basic package covers up to 50 activities. Standard and Premium go deeper with resource loading and cost allocation by work package. I structure it to be useful on site, not just presentable in a boardroom.
Can this schedule be used for bank or investor submission?
Yes — the Standard and Premium packages are specifically formatted for that purpose. I include a narrative summary, critical path analysis, and milestone table that lenders typically require. If your bank or investor has a specific template, share it and I will align the output.
What if my project scope changes after delivery?
Minor adjustments within the agreed scope are included. Significant scope changes — new phases, major re-sequencing — are handled as a revision order at a reduced rate. I will tell you upfront whether a change falls inside or outside the original scope.
