Senior Social Media Manager
LaunchVector • Full time
Oct 2025 - May 2026 • 7 mos
As Senior Social Media Manager for Launch Vector LLC, I, Dhaval Bhatti, managed social media advertising and growth strategy for 30+ brands across diverse industries, including beauty, kids’ products, wellness, gadgets, clothing, home décor, skincare, healthcare, handbags, automotive products, and problem-solving dropshipping products. My responsibilities included daily Slack communication, reviewing and testing new creatives, developing marketing angles and campaign concepts, monitoring performance, preparing weekly reports, and participating in weekly Zoom meetings to discuss results, priorities, and scaling opportunities. I worked closely with a cross-functional team of 12+ professionals to maintain strong ROAS, identify winning campaigns, improve underperforming ads, and scale profitable accounts. The role required hands-on campaign oversight, clear team communication, rapid testing, data-driven decision-making, and consistent performance management across multiple brands.

I know nothing about Meta integration/ads targeting and D. Bhatti was very professional and patient with making sure I understood and what the next steps were to be successful. I am all now set up for Facebook ads and looking forward to getting them running! Highly recommended, thank you!
