Cambridge University English, Candidate Enquiry, Marking and Auditing - Cambridge University needed a new UI for their English Marking and Auditing department. I Lead the UX using the existing design system to create smooth user agnostic way of department staff to check marking for the English Cambridge Exams. Deep analysis learning of the algorithmic backend system, alongside BA in order to present the front end data in a clear way. There were many algorithmic problems to work through here with a large amount of data to present, it was about using different design devices and components to make the journey as smooth as possible. Rebates Smith and Nephew - I Lead the UX design of the Internal Rebates service for Smith and Nephew for as a management service for internal staff - Created an entirely new design system for the Smith and Nephew Enterprise - Led the new UI redesign of the existing rebates service, the current one was purely dev based frame work so it was up to myself to install a new UI design which was clear. cohesive and provided a clear journey throughout the service. - Implemented an atomic grid system from which to frame the new designs on. Caterpillar Battery, - Battery was a project that lasted for 6 months, I was there to lead the UX design of the project, working alongside a UI designer, we both worked on the production of the 140 screens throughout the project - Dashboard design, testing and stakeholder meetings for the whole project, I lead all meetings - Requirements Gathering. - Discovery work looking at existing pages on Industry automotive sites like VW, Audi, Mini and Telsa. It was clear to create a minimal clean approach to content was needed alongside some strong imagery and clean understated interactions. Thats the style we decided to implement in terms of the UI and UX of the Project. - I lead the creation of the dealer journey totalling over 35 screens, but also the management of the customer journey which totalled over 50.
