FAQ
Are you available anytime?
Booking or Consultation must be made before or within 24 Hours
I have a Windows/Mac Laptop. Does this matter?
It doesnt matter but I am going to ask for your laptop specifications once consulation is made.
Why Remote Access? Are they any ways for you to help/assist me?
Im afraid not. This is the only way for me to check and assist your DJ Software/Hardware Issues.
Is this safe? How can I trust you?
I have been doing this since 2013 and asissted/helped a lot of DJs here in my country and outside the country. You can do a background check. I have my social medias posted in my profile.
What if the issue is not fixed?
First, I need to ask you some questions before proceeding and accepting your Consulation. By that, I can do my research and make sure that I can fix the issue and then I will accept your consultation.

The seller did fix one problem I had but never completed the job. I explained to him that I would check out the audio setting in virtual dj and master sound once I got back to the party location. Seller nerver responded back to me and I'm still having master sound and preview sound issues.
