When I first started working with this small online store, they were barely doing anything beyond simple Facebook message campaigns. They didn’t even have a proper website yet. I saw the potential, and I knew we could grow it. I helped them take their monthly sales of around $5k and gradually scale the business. We expanded their product line from baby organic food to include adult health products, opening up new markets and reaching more customers. I ran and optimized Facebook ad campaigns, making sure every dollar spent brought in results. I also built a full marketing strategy, coordinating closely with two other ad experts to make everything run smoothly. Over time, the store transformed from a small, simple setup into a growing online business, with better reach, more sales, and a solid system for scaling further. Watching that growth happen and knowing I played a key part in it has been incredibly rewarding.

After delivering strong results, the client extended the project and brought me on a Full-Time Contract (Project Basis) remotely to handle Facebook & Instagram growth, content calendars, Post design, Reels, and engagement strategies. Proud to have helped the brand reach 2.5M+ people in a month and achieve 300% organic growth through consistent, creative, and data-driven social strategies.

From 1st October 2024 to 26 September 2025, I manage the brand’s Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & TikTok presence with content posting, influencer & ad copy research, content scheduling, and audience engagement. Coordinate with trainers and team members for content ideas & others, ensure consistent posting, and build brand awareness through organic growth strategies. The company’s main work was running freelance campaigns, mainly focused on selling courses. That year, we achieved our highest sales amount. Because of this performance, my team and I received special appreciation, including bonuses and a salary increase. However, due to my studies and some personal reasons, I decided to leave the role, as it was a full-time, office-based position and I needed more flexibility at that time.
