The professionalism of the final product was great!. The effort to ensure that there was a spell check as my original there were no typos, was disappointing, however, I would come back for additional services because I believe that my issues received a response and were addressed immediately.

I have worked with Tachi for a long time, however this will be my last order. Graphic design seems to be outsourced now and quality has gone down with very long delivery time. I am getting the work I paid for redone with a different freelancer.
