Do I need to contact you before placing the order?
Yes, absolutely. It is important to make sure that I understand the project and that we are on the same page. We need to be a good fit for each other.
I am ready to purchase a WordPress Design Package. What do I need to get started?
You will need a domain name and a hosting account. If you don't have these already, I will assist you with locating them. I will also need your logo (optional), names and number of pages, along with a few sentences about your website/company. I will also need your email address to configure from,
Will you provide hosting for my domain?
I don't offer hosting services, but I do recommend the hosting packages from Namecheap, Bluehost or SiteGround.
What if I don't have any content ready to put on the website?
This will not be an issue as I will be using dummy ‘lorem ipsum’ text. You will easily be able to replace the dummy text with the correct text when you are ready to do so.
Will I be able to edit my WordPress website without coding?
Yes, your WordPress website will be fully editable. You will be able to add text and images very easily to all pages with just a click. You will also be able to edit all eCommerce products including images, descriptions and prices as well as adding unlimited pages and posts too. No programming skill
What if there is an error or a feature that I requested is missing? Will you make revisions?
This is never a problem. Should there be any issue, please contact me within 10 days of delivery of the website and I will do my best to resolve ASAP. I cannot accept responsibility for the website if I am contacted about issues after many weeks, months or even years! Please note that I will make r
Can we talk via email/Skype or outside of Fiverr?
No, this is contrary to the Fiverr terms and conditions. Communication between the client and myself may only be carried out in writing via the Fiverr online messaging system.
If I lose my website due to a hosting issue, what happens?
After delivery of the website, I cannot accept responsibility if any changes are made to theme/plugin files that cause the website to malfunction. I do not keep backups of customer websites after delivery is made unless the client specifically requests this before completion of the project.
