I successfully redesigned and optimized the global furniture e-commerce website Floyd Home, transforming it into a modern, conversion-driven platform tailored for today’s online shoppers. The goal was to improve user experience, streamline navigation, and increase customer engagement while maintaining a strong and consistent brand identity. I focused on creating a clean, intuitive layout that makes product discovery seamless across all devices. This included restructuring the site architecture, improving category organization, and designing visually compelling product pages that highlight key features, benefits, and lifestyle appeal. Each product section was optimized with persuasive content and strategically placed call-to-action buttons to guide users smoothly through the buying journey. In addition, I enhanced the mobile responsiveness to ensure a flawless experience on smartphones and tablets, where most users shop today. I also improved the add-to-cart flow, simplified the checkout process, and refined the FAQ and customer support sections to reduce friction and build trust. To strengthen brand storytelling, I incorporated engaging visuals and messaging that communicate the brand’s mission and value proposition effectively. The result is a high-performing, user-centric e-commerce website that not only looks visually appealing but also drives conversions, boosts engagement, and delivers a seamless shopping experience.
